Our rates vary by season and include the exclusive use of all three private villas for one group at a time.
Special introduction rates valid from 1st December 2026 to 31st March 2027. Every stay is offered on a full-board basis, with all meals, water, soft drinks, beer and house wine included.

Mzima House is closed throughout April.
East African residents receive 20% off the published rates.
Rates are all inclusive except for premium cocktails, wines & spirits, excursions, transfers, spa treatments & yoga.
Zanzibar Infrastructure Tax is charged separately at $5 per person, per night.
